I'll tell you what I know about it. Everyone I asked gets tested regularly; not only that, but the more MILF they are, the safer it is to be with them. Others I asked not only take precautions but also take a medication called "PrEP" (this is new to me and I didn't knew about it). It's something that prevents them from getting infected, and they take it daily as an extra precaution.
